do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes,
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect both your time and mine, Please review my cancallation policy before booking your appointment.
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the original service price.
If an appointment is cancelled after the start time, or in the case of a no-show, the full 100% service fee will be charged.
Please be mindful of your schedule and cancel as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it. This allows me the opportunity to offer the spot to another guest. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the time we share.
what should my hair maintenance look like?
The ideal frequency depends on your hair type, goals, and services. Here are some general guidelines:
Haircuts: every 10–12 weeks to maintain your current shape and length, or every 12–16 weeks if you’re growing your hair out and using minimal heat at home.
Color Services: after each appointment, I’ll recommend your ideal timeline, but as a general rule of thumb:
Extensions: each method has unique maintenance needs. Because extension care depends on personal factors such as hair density, growth rate, shed cycle, placement, lifestyle, and technique, I will always provide you with a personalized care plan after each session.
Do i need to tip?
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. Many clients choose to tip as a way to show gratitude for their service. While it is entirely up to you, most patrons use the standard guideline of 15%–25% of the service price.
